Bagijnhof is known for its cosy dinners, spontaneous parties and communal homework sessions. The campus is divided in several houses. In every house, there is room for 10 or 16 students. Because the rooms do not have their own kitchen, the communal kitchen is often used! Dishes from all over the world are prepared in these houses. Living in Bagijnhof means living in an international community. You will get an unfurnished room.
Facilities
Each room in Bagijnhof has a sink, and curtains are present
in every room, too. The living room, kitchen, bathroom, and shower need to be shared with the other people in the house. Every house also has a washing machine and dryer for communal use.
Cleaning
The cleaning of your own room is not included in the rent nor the service costs.
The common areas like the hallways, stairwells, bathrooms and toilets will be cleaned once a week. The kitchen(closets), refrigerator, throwing away garbage is not a part of the cleaning. The costs of the cleaning are included in the service costs.
Rooms
The rooms have different sizes. The rooms vary in price from € 208,48 to €295,58 per month. Each year, the government decides with what percentage the rent should increase.
